Brittany Willis
7th and 8th Grade Literature and Language Arts
Ms. Brittany Willis has taught in Catholic middle schools since 2014. A call to further challenge and adventure brought her back to the parish at which she received the Sacrament of Confirmation. Through the hand of God and many words of encouragement, she arrived at Our Lady of Loreto in 2019. Prior to teaching middle school, she completed a year-long apprenticeship with two mentor teachers at the high school level while working on her Masters at the University of Denver. With her experience at the high school level, she is better able to serve students preparing for the next step because she understands the skills necessary to succeed at that level.
Her favorite pastimes rotate with the seasons. During the fall, she enjoys spending time outside at parks reading books or driving through the mountains during peak foliage season. In winter, she is either cozied up on the couch watching a movie or braving traffic to snowboard at Winter Park. The springtime brings my birthday and cool, sunny days perfect for runs on the High Line Canal. And summer? Summer calls for reading new books and catching up with friends. And planning for the next exciting school year of course!
