Kristen Swensen

First Grade

Kristen Swenson has been working in education since 2007, with experience teaching in K-6th grades and diverse educational settings worldwide, including Australia, Hong Kong, and the USA. Born and raised in Australia, she and her family have lived in Colorado since 2017. Two out of her three children attend OLOL, and she absolutely adores the fantastic school. They love this beautiful part of the world and feel incredibly fortunate to live in such an amazing place. Kristen holds a Bachelor of Education (Hons) and a Master of Education (Administration & Leadership), and has recently submitted her PhD in Education, focusing on young children's interaction with digital devices. She feels incredibly fortunate to have received a Catholic education and takes great honor in having the opportunity to support children in their faith journey. Kristen takes the responsibility of caring for students seriously and is committed to guiding them in their educational and spiritual development.
